Dr. Camille Rambaud is a former resident of the hospitals of Lille and a former Chief Resident, then Hospital Practitioner at the Percy Military Teaching Hospital. He is highly specialized in refractive surgery and cataract surgery, as well as in reconstructive surgery for ocular globe trauma.

Dr. Rambaud practices at two offices in Paris:
- The Sorbonne Saint-Michel Ophthalmology Practice (COSS), located at 4, rue Domat, 75005 Paris.
- The Institut Voltaire at 5, rue de la Vacquerie, 75011 Paris. Close to the 11th arrondissement town hall, Place Voltaire, and adjacent to the Mont-Louis Clinic
Dr. Rambaud co-founded the Institut Voltaire, where he welcomes patients for refractive and cataract surgery assessments. Established in 2022, the institute is equipped with a brand-new, state-of-the-art technical platform, allowing for the diagnosis and management of pathologies under optimal conditions.

HUMANITARIAN WORK
Dr. Rambaud is committed to humanitarian action. He is the president of the association Terres d’Ophtalmo and has completed numerous missions in various countries and with several NGOs.
He also leads the training module in France on cataract surgery using the SICS (Small Incision Cataract Surgery) technique, which is used for very dense cataracts or in humanitarian settings.
Terres d’Ophtalmo is an NGO created by a group of colleagues and friends, aiming to combat blindness in developing countries through medical-surgical care and training initiatives. The organization works to establish a self-sufficient healthcare system in terms of human resources, material supply, and funding.
